Switzerland South Tyrol Conference, 1961 (b/w photo)

For the beginning of June 1961 delegations of Italy and Austria are meeting at the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich for preliminary discussions of the “South Tyrolean Conference” starting on June 24, 1961 in Zurich. On the left the Italian delegation with main delegation ambassador Umberto Grazzi, with a cigarette in his hand and minister Betteloni, smoking a cigarette.
