FOR RELEASE WITH FEATURE BC-ARGENTINA-DINOSAURS - Former state oil company worker, Oscar Bazan uses an electric sander to shape PVC into a life-size model of the largest dinosaur ever found, the 24 meter-high and 42 meter-long Argentinosaurus, discovered in 1989 near this village in the Southern Argentine Patagonia region. The discovery of this and other dinosaurs, including an important recent find of several of the largest flesh-eating dinosaur, the Giganotosaurus, has lit a spark of desperate hope of promoting tourism in this town where unemployment has hit about 40 percent after the state oil company laid off most of its workers.
