A television cameraman films St Mary's Church in Longworth, Oxfordshire, on August 5, 2003, where British government scientist Dr David Kelly's funeral will take place on Wednesday. Britain's Prime Minister Tony Blair's official spokesman Tom Kelly admitted on Tuesday smearing Dr Kelly, whose suicide over the case for war in Iraq sparked the worst crisis in Blair's premiership.
