Israeli surgeon Professor Uri Martinowitz (L) and Thai surgeon Dr Sommart Kaewrote use fibrin glue to operate Thai Ronnachai Suvikarn, a patient with hemophilia at Ramathibodi Hospital in Bangkok February 4. The rare operation, the first of its kind in the world, will replace six joints in one go. The fibrin glue has a major role in the treatment of patients with bleeding disorders.
