Locked Down Shot, LS. Daylight. The Temples stands at the foot of the Capitoline Hill in the western end of the Forum Romanum. Only three Corinthian columns remain of the Temple of Vespasian and Titus (right). It was built ca.80-85 AD in the Corinthian order of white Italian marble. The present ruins of the ionic Temple of Saturn (left) represent the third reconstruction of the Temple, after it had been destroyed by the fire of Carinus in 283 AD.
