Grieving family members hold blue silk sashes as a traditional sign of respect at the grave of slain Mongolian democracy leader Sanjaasurengiin Zorig October 7. Tens of thousands of mourners lined the streets of Mongolia's capital as a coffin containing Zorig's body was driven to a burial ground. Dubbed Mongolia's "Golden Magpie of Democracy", Zorig was hacked to death on October 2. His killing has been branded as an assassination by enemies of democracy.
