Israel takes a dim view of foreign government officials visiting the Orient House as it lends legitimacy to the Palestinians' claim of Arab East Jerusalem being the capitol of a future Palestinian state. al-Majali said earlier in Ramallah that he could see a "union" between Jordan and the Palestinians when they have their land boundaries finalized.
