The express train locomotive 05 on a contemporary postcard. Only three copies of this model, the strongest express train locomotive, were built in 1935 and were in use until 1958. In 1938 one of the locomotives set a world record for speed at 202. 7 km per hour. On this photo the train leaves the Hamburg train station.
