Iraqi deputy Prime Minister Tareq Aziz speaks to reporters in Baghdad September 13, 2002. Aziz said on Friday U.S. President George W. Bush's speech to the United Nations on Thursday threatening action against Iraq unless it disarmed contained "lies and falsification". Bush urged the United Nations to force Iraq to get rid of weapons of mass destruction he said it possesses, and said action was inevitable if Baghdad failed to do so. Aziz said he was not yet ready to give a news conference but might do so later. "On another occasion with the presence of foreign and Arab media I will respond (to the speech)," he said.
