Weinkellerei. Der deutsche Weinbau stammt noch aus der Romerzeit. - Sachgemasse Lagerung ist fur die Gute des Weines sehr wichtig. Nach der ersten Entwicklung im Garkeller kommt er in Fassern in den temperierten Lagerkeller, wo der Klarungsprozess abgewartet wird. Im Flaschenkeller muss der auf Flaschen gefullte Wein noch so lange lagern, bis er die vom Kenner geschatzte Blume hat. Translation: Winery.
